C-TAG — Coding Training Academy by Gandhis® is an educational services provider offering practical, beginner-friendly workshops on AI and related technology skills, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Registration for a workshop is confirmed only upon successful payment through our payment gateway. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is personal to the individual who registers and is non-transferable to another person without prior written consent from C-TAG.
All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Promotional or campaign pricing (such as the ₹29 introductory rate) applies only to the specific session advertised and is subject to availability and withdrawal at any time without notice. Payments are processed securely through CCAvenue, supporting UPI, cards, and net banking.
Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
All workshop content, course materials, presentations, recordings, and curricula are the intellectual property of C-TAG — Coding Training Academy by Gandhis®, unless otherwise stated. Participants may use materials for personal learning only and may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share them without prior written permission from C-TAG.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards facilitators and fellow participants during workshops, whether online or in-person. C-TAG reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate, without any obligation to provide a refund.
C-TAG reserves the right to reschedule, modify the format of, or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or a transfer to an alternate session, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
C-TAG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in our workshops or use of our website. Our total liability to any participant, in any circumstance, is limited to the amount actually paid by that participant for the relevant workshop.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this website by any third party.
C-TAG may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
